JamaFo Xpress - COVID-19 Updates

Updated: Sep 5, 2020

How We're Keeping You Safe

Update (7/16/20) - We continue to follow the operational guidelines laid out by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health as it relates to COVID-19. We regularly sanitize the most frequently used areas of our store and require face masks for all customers and employees. No one will be offered service without a face covering.

Update (5/24/20) - As the County, State and country begins to open up following the COVID-19 lockdown, we continue to follow the health and safety guidelines per the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and our own in-house standards set out below.

4/13/20 - The health and well-being of our Customers and Team Members is our number one priority, hence we're playing our part to keep everyone safe by doing the following:

  • Sanitizing our store (door handles, screens, countertops, etc.) every hour

  • Changing gloves and using hand sanitizer per normal

  • Washing hands frequently and after each transaction

  • Letting team members who feel sick stay home

  • Offering curbside pickup via our app

As our business model was built primarily for takeout and delivery, we're still offering these services via our website, app or our delivery partners UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub and Postmates, plus accepting walk-ins.

Stay safe and One Love,

JamaFo Xpress Team

See you soon. One Love!
